“Change is inevitable, transformation is possible”
You don't have to keep white-knuckling your way through life. You can actually feel good as you journey forward.
I'm Claudine Miller, a licensed counselor with over 20 years of experience helping people move from just getting by to genuinely thriving. I offer online counseling for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships and the everyday moments that feel harder than they should. I work with individuals and couples across Florida, Missouri and Illinois.
Maybe you are overwhelmed by stress, struggling with anxiety, or stuck in patterns that are just not working for you. Or perhaps life just handed you a change you didn't ask for and you are trying to find your footing. All you know is something needs to change in your life.
Wherever you are starting from, I'm glad you are here.
My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to you because healing was never meant to be one-size-fits-all. I'm genuinely curious about you. Where you currently are. And where you want to be.
I've had the honor of supporting people as they heal through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, and the big, messy, beautiful transitions life throws at us. I bring extensive training in the science of psychotherapy combined with years of experience in the art of psychotherapy.
All sessions are conducted via a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. So you can do this work from your couch, your office or wherever feels safest to you.

I am here to help. I provide individual and couples counseling to address a multitude of concerns.

I believe that it is important for you to make informed decisions regarding your treatment.

I specialize in helping people transform and thrive during change. My focus is on helping create more joy in your life.
I offer premarital counseling and can even officiate your wedding ceremony!
